WHAT DOES ZENCORTEX BUY MEAN?

Q: I haven't experienced ringing or tinitis, but at age 87 I've familial significant hearing decline that hearing aids never have helped much. What am i able to count on from this Zencortex and how soon? I am skeptical and will't waste $ !!It's meant to support 360° hearing, increase memory, and sharpen psychological acuity.
